                        2011 IFCA SPONSOR OFFICIAL RULES

RULE 1
Qualified entrants must be owners, managers, or full time employees who participate on a daily basis in the activity of a Grand National or National Sponsoring Company as of January lst and all other working days prior to the National Finals. Also eligible to participate are family members living at home with eligible owners, managers, or employees that are classified as dependents of said owner, manager or employee.

RULE 2
All Sponsorship money must be paid in full PRIOR to the Finals event.

2(A) Entrants who rope as Sponsors MUST be employees of a PAID Sponsor.


RULE 3
Entrants who are eligible to rope as both a Feedlot Cowboy and Sponsor will chose to rope as a Feedlot Roper OR Sponsor Roper. They will not be allowed to rope as both.

RULE 4
Qualified Sponsors will be allowed to rope in all ropings.

4(A) Grand National Sponsors may rope with a qualified IFCA member(s) from MORE THAN ONE region (subject to rules as stated in IFCA Roping Regulations) at the National Finals, BUT must qualify with each partner at the appropriate Regional Roping.

4(B) All other Eligible Sponsors MUST DECLARE the Region in which they wish to qualify and rope in. That will be the Region they will represent at the Finals.

4(C) Qualified Sponsors will be allowed to run in the Open Barrel Race (Junior/PeeWee Barrels).   Sponsor Barrel Racers MUST DECLARE the Region in which they wish to qualify and MUST MAKE A QUALIFIED BARREL RUN in that Region.

RULE 5
Final Decision - The National Sponsors Directors and the President will have the final decision on the eligibility and will certify all qualified entrants for the National Finals Roping. In the event of any team eligibility or qualification being challenged, copies of the entries will be mailed (or delivered) to the Directors for their decision.

RULE 6
The IFCA Board of Directors shall constitute the Grievance Committee.

6(A) Any and all challenges must be filed by a paid IFCA member.

6(B) All challenges must be filed prior to the first go round of any National Finals event.
